Teaching Assistant – St Rumon’s Church of England Infant School
Contract Term: Fixed term until 31st August 2025 subject to ECHP Funding
Hours – Part time 10.75 hrs per week (2.15 hours per day), Monday - Friday 39 weeks per annum
Salary - Grade SC3, SCP 6 -9 Actual Salary £6,160 (FTE £25,183) – increase subject to pay award

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who will be able to support on of our Reception pupils on a 1:1 basis.
Successful candidates will: -
• Be able to assist pupils to learn and reach their full potential
• Have high expectations and understanding of behaviour of all pupils
• Work in partnership with the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom
• Create and maintain a purposeful learning environment
• Have experience of delivering interventions for children
