Are you ready to take the next step into Leadership? All Saint’s Babbacombe is a rapidly improving school and we are seeking to appoint a skilful teacher and aspiring leader to the team to cover adoption leave until the end of the academic year. 

The ideal candidate will be teaching in foundation stage 3 days a week.

The successful candidate will have:

·       A successful track record of teaching across the whole curriculum and be able to evidence at least good progress and achievement of pupils.

·       The skills and knowledge to lead at least one core area of the curriculum (EYFS and Reading)

·       Excellent teaching skills, with the ability to model great teaching and learning, coach and develop staff.

·       The skills to plan and deliver staff training that enables staff to learn and flourish in their roles.

·       Experience of building positive links with parents and the wider community.

·       A teaching commitment within the school and have weekly leadership time (2 days a week)
