Location: St George's Church of England Primary Academy. Admiralty Street, Stonehouse, Plymouth. PL1 3RX
Contract Term: Part Time, Permanent
Salary: Grade SC Level 3 – SCP 6-9 Starting salary £15,436 (FTE £25,183)
Hours: 26.25 hours per week
Term Time only: 39 weeks per year

We have a vacancy for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive school. You will have previous experience working with children across the primary age range and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike. We are looking for someone who can work in partnership with the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom, assisting pupils to learn and reach their full potential. An understanding of trauma informed/ relational approaches would also be beneficial along with delivering interventions. If you have high expectations and understanding of behaviour of all pupils, experience of delivering interventions for children and can create and maintain a purposeful learning environment, we would welcome your application to be part of our successful and hardworking team.
