An apprenticeship scheme combines paid work, on the job training and collage learning. It’s a great way to gain valuable skills, experience and qualifications. This opportunity will pave the way for an exciting career in business administration, particularly if you’re interested in Communication and Marketing.


What will your working day look like?

As a valuable member of a positive, hardworking team, you will be working closely with the Trust’s Business Development Manager. Day to day, you will have responsibilities supporting the central office function, providing excellent customer service. You will also support and have input into creative, engaging marketing and communication projects, such as working with websites and social media.


What training will you be getting?

Exeter college, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, will be leading your formal training. You will spend approximately one day a week attending college, working towards Level 2 or 3 Customer Service and Business Administration Apprenticeship Qualifications. At work, you will be fully supported and receive on the job training.


What sort of person are you likely to be?

Apprenticeship schemes are open to anybody of any age, ideal for those starting out in the world of work, those re-joining the workforce or who would like to retrain for something new.  All we ask is that you are committed, efficient and enthusiastic to learn new skills. This is a permanent position, we want to see you develop in your role.
